While the first years of your career can be energizing, they can also be full of challenges that weren’t addressed during training. It’s easy to quickly feel out of your depth. That’s why we’re launching Catalyst; to help surgeons navigate the early stages of their careers.
Directed by senior spine surgeons, Catalyst provides mentoring, networking and other resources addressing key topics including:
Career / Life Balance
How it Works
The idea for Catalyst started with a small group of spine surgeons. We each experienced a steep learning curve during the first few years of practice. While we were helped by supportive senior colleagues, we often had to navigate issues on our own. Having survived the early years, we now want to give back by passing along some of the what we’ve learned.
Catalyst is just getting started, but if you’re in the early stages of your career we hope you’ll be among the first to get involved. There’s no risk in signing-up, as there’s no fee and you can participate as much or as little as you want.
We look forward to connecting with you.
